I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how pleased I have been with Robin Sylvester. I believe you originally assigned her to a referral of mine and that’s how I came across her name originally. I was very happy with the way she kept me updated and seemed to really stay on top of things. Since then, I have given her a couple referrals and I’m just so impressed how she always responds so quickly to my update requests. She seems to be very actively involved in the referrals we send her and always has an update for me right when I ask and she’s just a pleasure to work with. I have given her a referral or two that I know she will not make a lot of money on, but she doesn’t treat those referrals any differently when other agents would not give them the time of day. Recently, I learned that she is also an e-real estate trained agent and that makes me a million times even more impressed because I now see how many referrals she actually gets. I would never have known that if I didn’t see it because she really makes me feel like my referrals are her only ones and I appreciate the close, personal attention. I wanted to make sure you knew what a gem you had on your hands. I have told her the same. I truly appreciate her and the work that she does. She is a great example of what customer care should look like.
